Our medical therapies benefit over 75 million people globally each year.The Senior Cybersecurity Specialist is a key member of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, responsible for developing, implementing, and managing IAM technologies, especially Privileged Access Management (PAM). This role involves collaboration with business units, IT, and external partners to ensure secure and effective solutions. The position is fully remote within Colombia.ResponsibilitiesServe as a technical expert for CyberArk & Conjur products (PAM, PSM, CPM, AAM, PVWA, Vault Administration, DAP, etc.)Provide operational best practices to protect administrators, applications, and service accountsSupport development and deployment of new security features within CyberArk & ConjurManage password rotations, account setups, changes, and policiesMaintain relationships with vendors for support and trainingCommunicate with stakeholders about system updates and issuesStay informed on emerging IAM/PAM technologies and cybersecurity trendsQualificationsBachelor’s degreeFluent in EnglishAt least 4 years of IT experience3+ years in IAM engineering, especially with PAM solutionsExperience with CyberArk & Conjur development and supportProficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShellAdditional skills include experience with cloud directory services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), enterprise IAM solutions (Azure AD/Entra ID, SailPoint, Okta), ITSM tools (ServiceNow), logging/monitoring tools (Splunk), and AWS services (Secrets Manager, Session Manager, CloudWatch).
