Candidates should be located in the Central time zone and within an hour of a major airport hub (Chicago, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, or Denver). The Software and IT Solutions Partner is responsible for driving lead generation of the department portfolio. Primary responsibilities include co-traveling with the sales force, presenting on regional calls, and representing the company at virtual and in person events. The goal is to empower and inspire our sales force to champion our solutions so that we consistently achieve or surpass sales targets. Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes? - Ability to provide a high level of customer service - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Time management and decision making skills - Strong presentation and high energy public speaking skills to motivate audiences - Tech savvy and ability to learn new technology - Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines - Advance knowledge of Microsoft products, CRM tools, and billing/invoicing packages Do These Responsibilities Interest YOU? - Serve as a subject matter expert and ambassador of the Software and IT Solutions department - Build trusted relationships with the sales force, acting as their go-to resource for portfolio related inquiries - Co-travel with Territory Sales Representatives to educate customers and curate qualified leads - Coach Territory Reps to ensure lead submissions are accurate and detailed - Develop and deliver compelling content for customer-facing and sales-facing presentations, including high-tech nights, dental study clubs, dental trade shows, webinars, regional calls, training sessions, etc. - Attend regional meetings and sales forum in person - Act as a liaison between the Software and IT Solutions team and the sales force, bringing back insights for growth and continuous improvement - Collect and share customer success stories to enhance awareness and support our portfolio - Assist with writing and submitting content for customer-facing sales materials, blogs, newsletters, and publications - Utilize CRM, JIRA, Qlik, and Excel to track, manage, and report on leads and sales metrics - Ensure seamless communication and documentation within CRM and JIRA for efficient lead management - Assist with the training and development of the Software Sales Consultants - Support Software Sales Consultants to ensure leads are followed through on and assist with advancing sales opportunities to closure - Contribute to department revenue goals by driving lead generation and supporting sales success - Stay informed on market trends and suggest new product launches or vendor partnerships - Provide backup support for the Software and IT Solutions Product Manager as needed - Field and help resolve customer and Territory Rep inquiries and/or issues, escalating to leadership when needed Do YOU Meet These Requirements? - Clinical or dental office experience preferred - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing required - Experience with public speaking preferred - Ability to travel up to 60-90% to attend co-travels, dental trade shows, regional meetings, and customer-facing events - Must be located in the Central time zone and within an hour of a major airport hub (Denver, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, or Chicago).
