Our team keeps growing as we are seeking for a Marketing Coordinator in Colombia (based in Bogotá) **In this role you would be responsible for the**: Design and implementation of digital communication strategies Media and Social networks and content according to market trends and behavior; ensure a great usage of the brand in communication and the customer experience in physical stores; and support fairs, activations, and other events to strengthen the accomplishment of objectives of our Lines of Business. Responsibilities Execute lead acquisition and brand positioning actions and strategies by the identification and implementation of new trends and technologies Coordinate branding and performance campaigns with regional marketing teams. Participate in the design, implementation, and analysis of SEM and SEO strategies with performance teams. Administer brand blog and social network accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn) guaranteeing content elaboration and management through Social Boards. Monitor results of Social Media Contents according to KPIs (visits, followers, engagements, and audiences) while preserving brand key visuals and leveraging SEO positioning Control and trace the right use of brand key visuals in stores and Inspection Points Coordinate management and purchasing of POP advertisement material for every Line of Business Coordinate in-house designers or creativity agencies according to digital planning during the creation of advertisement pieces, banners, videos, and related content. Manage and create strategic alliances Support the development of BTL brand activities (activations, events, and fairs), while guaranteeing its coverage and Social Network contents Establish and manage strategic alliances with brands for the development of BTL and Branding events. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, advertisement, digital marketing, journalism, or similar fields. At least 5 years of experience in advertisement, digital marketing, and content marketing. At least 5 years of experience or frequent exposure with events logistics, agencies and BTL teams leadership, management of campaigns, sponsorships and brand alliances Knowledge in SEM and SEO, Social Networks content management Implementation of marketing and communication plans, as POP and BTL actions aimed to lead acquisition and brand positioning Knowledge and experience in 360 Marketing and Performance Marketing tools and KPIs monitoring. Excellent understanding of marketing rentability and ROI Conversational English is mandatory as working with regional teams is frequent Analytical, leadership, and interdisciplinary teamwork abilities are highly desirable.
