Ability to work in a team atmosphere and work independently. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. High school diploma or equivalent.
