Scope of the Role As our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice and energy of our brand online. You'll own our social content calendar, manage influencer and PR partnerships, and collaborate across departments to ensure our online presence reflects and supports our business goals. Duties and Responsibilities: ✅ Content Planning & Execution Develop a monthly content calendar (3–4 posts/week) aligned with brand voice and visual identity Create and schedule multi-format content (graphics, videos, captions, stories) for platforms like Instagram & TikTok Monitor social trends and continuously optimize content strategy for engagement and reach ✅ Influencer & PR Management Vet and respond to inbound influencer inquiries, selecting best brand fits Oversee PR box coordination, shipment tracking, and post-follow-up Maintain a detailed influencer tracker with engagement metrics and relationship status Cultivate long-term influencer relationships and negotiate paid/organic partnerships ✅ Sales & Cross-Team Collaboration Collaborate with sales and marketing to align social strategy with promotions and campaigns Share performance insights and influencer ROI with stakeholders ✅ Community Engagement & Growth Manage DMs and comments to nurture community connection Identify new partnership and UGC opportunities Plan and execute giveaways and community-building activities Requirements Requirements: ✔ 2+ years of experience in social media management (brand or agency) ✔ Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices ✔ Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from outreach to execution ✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✔ Organizational excellence and fluency with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, etc.) ✔ Self-motivated and resourceful—able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have: Background in e-commerce or DTC brands Basic graphic design and video editing (Canva, CapCut) Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights) Why Join Us? ✨ Shape the voice and presence of a growing brand ✨ Join a supportive and creative remote team ✨ Work flexibly from anywhere
