You will be the commercial ambassador for our modular solutions, integrating high-value proposals and leading a high-performance sales team. What are we looking for? ️️ Professional in business administration, marketing, systems engineering, or related fields. Minimum 6 years of experience leading sales in software development, SaaS, or telecommunications! Experience in integrated solutions sales (CRM, communications, automation, reporting platforms, etc.) What do we offer? Indefinite-term contract. Starting salary of $7,000,000, with quarterly increases up to $10,000,000 + commissions and bonuses. Hours: Monday to Friday during office hours. Modality: Hybrid - combination of remote and in-person work. Location: North of Bogotá. Main Features Responsible for sales growth and closing: Personally close strategic deals with a consultative approach. Ensure compliance with the monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial budget. Capturing business opportunities: Identify cross-selling opportunities between SaaS solutions, communications, and more. Build strong relationships with channels and customers. Active sales funnel management: Monitor the entire cycle from lead to close. Sales Team Leadership: Direct and train sales advisors.
