The integration layer incorporates both Informatica Cloud and on-premise components, facilitating data flow between multiple legacy databases and the Salesforce organizations. This is a remote position available to professionals across LATAM. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement robust integration solutions for Salesforce environments. 2. Oversee the integration of legacy systems and databases with Salesforce using Informatica Cloud and on-premise technologies. 3. Collaborate with various business units to understand data requirements and provide solutions that meet both technical and business needs. 4. Lead the end-to-end integration lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment. 5. Ensure seamless data flow between the enterprise edition SFDC orgs and other systems, maintaining data integrity and security. 6. Manage integration components, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability and performance. 7. Provide leadership and technical direction to cross-functional teams. 8. Work with internal teams to ensure integrations comply with industry standards and best practices, particularly within the US healthcare industry. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as an Integration Architect, particularly in complex Salesforce environments. 2. Deep understanding of US healthcare industry business practices. 3. Expertise in Informatica Cloud and on-premise integration technologies. 4. Strong experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including enterprise edition orgs. 5. Familiarity with legacy database systems and integration strategies. 6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical teams. 7. Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with ETL processes, data migration, and transformation. - Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, HIPAA, etc.).
