We are looking for a professional with extensive knowledge of Reverse Electrolysis, specifically through ferric sulfate leaching and electrolysis. In this 3 to 6 month project role, the aim will be to set up a fully operational Reverse Electrolysis process/unit at our Recycling Plant in Cartagena, Colombia. To successfully complete this project the hired individual will execute the project planning and implementation by doing, needs analysis, budget planning, establishing procurement option of the required components and chemicals, overseeing the physical implementation of the components of the Reverse Electrolysis process, training and education staff involved in Reverse Electrolysis, ensuring best practices for Health & Safety as well as Waste Management, setting up controls and creating and an end-to-end reporting function. **Requirements**: Knowledge of setting up processes and equipment for chemical leaching of precious metals in various industries such as mining, consumer electronics or E-waste recycling, etc Comfortable with developing assumptions, working and making decisions with limited and imperfect data, and quantifying and identifying sources of uncertainty Make sure that all hazardous material and hazardous waste operations are in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Able to create specifications and design a chemical leaching process from scratch. Training/ Coaching and knowledge transfer Train and advise best practices Create all the relevant documentation and SOPs to ensure compliance Best practices for Health & Safety Waste Management Training Plan Experience with project management, setting up a chemical leaching process from scratch. Must possess very strong analytical skills Requires considerable knowledge of chemicals and equipment used in Chemical Leaching Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English Able to work 3 to 6 months at our Cartagena Facility, until the completion of the project
