About the Role We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our backend team in delivering high-performance products and services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives on innovation, collaboration, and growth. Job Description This role involves providing technical leadership, collaborating with other leaders, designing, developing, enhancing, triaging, and debugging Web APIs using C# and .NET Core. Additionally, you'll research and recommend technologies to expedite development, ensure high code quality, documentation, and collaboration, monitor systems in production to guarantee their performance and stability, build automation and tests to ship software iteratively with drama-free product launches, work closely with Product Managers and Customers to ensure we build the right product at the right time for the right people, staff and train the backend team to effectively meet the risks and requirements ahead, and have previous experience as a manager or team lead within an corporate engineering department.
