Job Description As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the design and development of software systems that meet our client's needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements, write project documents, and assist in the design of user interfaces and dashboards. Additionally, you will have a deep understanding of software system design, user interface design best practices, and cyber security standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to collect requirements for new systems. 2. Write project/feature requirement documents and articles for developers. 3. Assist in the design of user interfaces, dashboards, and features for new systems. Proficient in Figma and Photoshop. 4. Have a deep understanding of software system design, user interface design best practices, system hosting options, cyber security standards. 5. Integrate third-party systems, such as PayPal, Credit Card Payment, Confluence, MS Dynamics, DocuSign, etc. 6. Help test new systems/features as they are released. Input and track issues in Jira. 7. Create test plans for new systems/features rollouts. 8. Analyze other systems in the market to ensure our system has a competitive advantage in design and feature set. 9. Develop training documentation and videos for new systems. 10. Periodically work with regional teams to check how systems are performing and document improvement/new feature requests. 11. Write material/articles in Knowledge Base Portal about ISS solution set. 12. Update Satellite Development Section in company Intranet Portal. Coordinate with local teams and get fresh developments/documentation. 13. Help create material for new eLearning platform. Write training content, screenshots, and videos. 14. Conduct trainings for team members from all regions about new system releases. 15. Help create educational/training videos for partners about ISS software platform and modules. 16. Maintain knowledge of all product offerings and technical support policies. 17. Assist with office IT maintenance, troubleshoot network issues, computer issues, printer issues, etc. 18. Provide technical presentations/trainings of ISS software to partners/clients.
