Directing DA&I; engineers on implementation tasks, our focus is on enhancing solution stability and quality, increasing customer adoption and loyalty, and reducing support needs. Driving change management initiatives for Customer Literacy, Data & Analytics Governance practices within assigned domains. We report directly to the IT Enterprise Digital Transformation Director.
