Team Overview The Cardholder Services (CHS) team at Mastercard delivers best-in-class travel, everyday, and insurance benefits embedded in card products. CHS manages the end-to-end strategy, sourcing, and scaling of benefit offerings through vendor partnerships and technology. The team oversees the global P&L;, supplier agreements, vendor and technology roadmaps, and aligns global Mastercard teams. Role Overview The Director of Product Management will manage the digital platform central to the CHS ecosystem. The Benefits Platform is the main system of record for cardholder benefit eligibility and content, enabling real-time verification, customer-facing experiences, and seamless contact center integration to ensure consistent, high-quality benefits globally. This role will lead the platform's product strategy, partner with engineering to enhance capabilities, and drive growth through vendor integrations and customer adoption. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, pricing, sales training, and technical documentation, while ensuring alignment across supporting services. Responsibilities - Own the vision and strategic roadmap for the Benefits Platform, developing 3-5 year enhancement strategies. - Lead product ownership, partnering with engineering to deliver roadmap priorities. - Drive platform growth by expanding vendor integrations and increasing customer configuration. - Build feature-rich capabilities that create value for partners and cardholders. - Commercialize platform features through sales materials and partnerships. - Ensure alignment with shared service providers. - Negotiate with partners and vendors to optimize results. - Manage business cases for new investments and track KPIs. - Ensure compliance with Privacy and Legal standards. - Lead and develop team members, fostering professional growth. Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years in Product Management, Strategy, or Tech Consulting. - Advanced degree preferred (MBA or Master's). - Experience launching digital products and working in matrix environments. - Expertise in APIs, web hosting, tokenization, SSO, and data privacy. - Strong customer feedback and needs assessment skills. - Proven strategic thinker with independent execution capability. - Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
