Leading company dedicated to the commercialization of voice, data, video and contact center infrastructure solutions requires professional with a degree in Education, Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related with more than 3 years of experience in curriculum development, training or technical writing, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, process improvement training. Knowledge in: - Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Proficiency in e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) - C1 Language Proficiency in English - Ability to travel to the US, if needed Main functions: * Curriculum Development: - Design and develop training programs for various roles within the organization, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company/client objectives. - Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training sessions, and job aids. - Evaluate and update existing curricula based on feedback, performance metrics, and regulatory changes. - Knowledge Base Development: - Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base that serves as a resource for employees, providing easy access to training materials, best practices, and operational procedures. - Regularly update knowledge base content to reflect changes in processes, technologies, and industry regulations. - Training Delivery: - Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to deliver curriculum materials to employees effectively. - Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance assessments, making necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes. - Process Flows: - Analyze and document current workflows and processes within the organization, identifying areas for improvement. - Develop clear and concise process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance operational efficiency and compliance. - Technical Documentation: - Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals for tools and process documentation that support operational functions. - Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. - Continuous Improvement: - Analyze the results of training quality indicators and implement improvement actions in the training process to enhance the performance of new agents in operations. - According to quality and performance results in operations, design, develop, and implement training tools to reinforce areas with improvement opportunities. - Collaboration: - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and IT, to ensure training materials are relevant and up-to-date. - Participate in project teams to support the implementation of new systems or processes.
