The incumbent will be responsible for gathering and communicating technical environments KPIs such as availability, performance, and stability. They manage and coordinate various aspects related to the technical environments, including performance-related incident and problem resolution, capacity monitoring, enhancement plans, and related changes. They work with different technical experts, Service Delivery Managers, and Change Managers to plan and execute changes related to continuous improvement. By leveraging ITIL processes, they ensure continuous improvement through regular assessment and optimization of services, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices. Additionally, they focus on capacity management by monitoring and analyzing system performance, forecasting future needs, and ensuring that IT resources are utilized efficiently to meet business demands. Your Day with Equisoft: Plan and execute plans to ensure availability of IT environments, including production, testing, and development environments. Collaborate with the technical team to measure capacity trends and KPIs. Manage capacity planning and forecasting to ensure IT resources meet current and future demands. Create and maintain capacity management dashboards to provide real-time visibility to technical and business stakeholders. Analyze KPI data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and proactive measures. Coordinate and oversee the resolution of performance-related incidents and problems. Work closely with technical teams to prioritize and escalate incidents as necessary. Lead technical debt reduction initiatives to improve system efficiency and reduce maintenance costs by conducting regular assessments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and reduce time-to-market for system enhancements. Maintain consistent communication with business stakeholders through the incident and problem resolution processes. Leverage Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools to track application health, identify performance bottlenecks, and generate detailed metrics for our enterprise solutions. Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and technical training to improve team capabilities and adoption of best practices. Requirements: Technical Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or information technology, or a college diploma combined with 3 years of relevant experience. 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure/cloud and 5 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of ITIL and PMP principles. Possess a strong understanding of technical concepts and systems to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to environment management and IT operations. Excellent knowledge of English & Spanish (spoken and written).
