This position will be responsible for overseeing data management, directing platforms, tools and processes that source key business processes in Colombia. This position will primarily collaborate with the commercial team and other cross-functional teams in the country, to convert business needs into solutions that facilitate successful patient treatment and adherence. **Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to)**: - Lead Market Access Analytics & Reporting initiatives in the affiliate, coordinating with local country leadership to support key decision-making on critical processes. - Drive key business analytics through the design and implementation of dashboards and ensure the adoption of data automation tools. - Ensure that platforms & systems provide the support & flexibility needed by Market Access, Sales & Marketing stakeholders. - Support Market Access plans, provide analysis and controls through patient journey tools, indicators and measures. - Examine and analyze different market access tools to identify trends and potential improvements, best practices, and unseen opportunities/risks. - In conjunction with cross functional areas, integration of Market Access strategies and initiatives and supporting the identification and the development of metrics used to measure our success. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s Degree in business, economy, engineering, or related field required - Must have experience working in a matrix environment. - Minimum 2 years experience in Business Analytics, market access / marketing / commercial/ finance data management - Knowledge of Colombian Health Care System - Fluent in English and Spanish - Analytical profile (scientific profile is a plus), with strong verbal and written communication skills - Management and analysis of information and databases (Data Analytics) - Embraces change, challenges status quo, and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes. - Creates tools that help simplify job tasks and shares or implements these with others. - Ability to handle multiple projects involving cross functional partners with good problem-solving skills and creative solutions. - Strong teammate with initiative who collaborates well with internal / external partners - “Hands on” mentality, drive and motivation, and persistence to achieve goals - Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal objectives - Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel - Strong work ethic and customer service mindset- See our _ - CCPA Employee and Applicant Privacy Notice_ - ._ - See our _Privacy Policy _._ _._
