Talent Pool, Project Controls - Full-time We deliver project controls across construction projects. The Programme Controls Manager oversees the programme controls function, ensuring accuracy and consistency in plans, costs, safety, environmental, and performance reporting. Main Responsibilities: Developing detailed project plans of the Master Schedule, managing key inputs, monitoring trends, analyzing schedule impacts, preparing reports, maintaining standards, and re-baselining schedules when necessary. Requirements: - Experience in planning, monitoring, and reviewing scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis. - Proficiency in PC operating systems and software applications, including Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and other project control tools. - Knowledge of engineering, architecture, and construction management. - Availability to travel and relocate as needed. - An engineering or architecture degree is preferred, with experience in construction projects. - Fluent in Spanish and English. - Experience with P6 or Microsoft Project; knowledge of @Risk is a plus. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
