With a strong international presence and a loyal community, the brand continues to grow while staying true to its mission of making beauty simple, effective, and accessible. About the Role: We’re looking for a versatile Photo & Video Editor who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative creative environment. You’ll work on real weekly briefs (social ads, UGC-style edits, branded content) with quick turnarounds, allowing us to assess fit and quality rapidly. The ideal candidate combines technical skill with creative flair and can adapt to feedback on the fly. Key Responsibilities: - Edit photos (retouching, compositing, color grading) and videos (cuts, motion graphics, pacing) for social media (Reels, Tik Tok, Instagram, ads). - Deliver 3-5 test edits in your first 2 weeks (paid) to demonstrate your style and speed. - Work from provided scripts, raw footage, or creative direction—no ideation needed, just execution. - Optimize content for platform specs (9:16, 1:1, captions, etc.) and trends. - Iterate quickly based on feedback to refine edits. Requirements What We’re Testing For: Technical Skills: - Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom (or equivalents like DaVinci Resolve, Cap Cut). - Basic After Effects/Motion Graphics (e.g., text animations, simple FX) is a plus. - Ability to match brand aesthetics (clean, bold, trendy—whatever’s needed). Creative Instincts: - Strong sense of pacing, visual storytelling, and attention-grabbing edits. - Understanding of "scroll-stopping" social content (hooks, captions, etc.). Speed & Adaptability: - Can deliver polished edits within 24-48 hours for test projects. - Open to feedback and able to pivot styles as needed. Nice-to-Have (Optional): - Experience with AI editing tools (e.g., Runway, Topaz, Adobe Firefly). - Background in ads/e-commerce content (product videos, UGC-style edits).
