Job Title: Data Scientist (Reinforcement Learning) Location: Remote – Latin America Preferred Type: Full-Time | Remote Compensation: Market Rates About the Role We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with certified experience in Reinforcement Learning (RL) to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing and deploying advanced machine learning models focused on decision-making, pricing, and promotional optimization. Your work will directly impact revenue strategies, helping the business maximize value through intelligent pricing and promotion decisions. Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize RL models for real-world applications, including dynamic pricing and promotion strategies . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, revenue management) to integrate models into existing platforms. Analyze complex datasets to identify opportunities for price optimization and promotional effectiveness. Conduct A/B tests and simulations to validate model performance in pricing and promotions. Document and present findings, algorithms, and model behavior clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements Proven and certified experience in Reinforcement Learning (RL). Demonstrated experience in pricing optimization, promotion modeling, or revenue management analytics . Strong programming skills in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and optimization techniques. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English. Preferred Qualifications Experience deploying RL models in production environments. Knowledge of related fields such as supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, or simulation environments.
