The company leverages IoT technology, data analytics, and real-time insights to enhance energy management, operational efficiency, and cost reduction in commercial and industrial real estate sectors. The Role As a Project Manager - IoT Building Systems Installation, you will ensure the successful deployment of our operational intelligence platform for facilities. Your expertise in project coordination, troubleshooting, and commissioning will drive seamless integration of electrical, gas, and water meters and other devices. The role demands proactive project management, high standards of quality, and effective communication with stakeholders and customers. Responsibilities Project Coordination Create plans for surveys using third-party contractors. Supervise and coordinate site survey execution. Validate surveys to ensure completeness and accuracy. Review project scope for proper equipment and materials specification. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reports for stakeholders. Manage change orders with customers and stakeholders. Remotely oversee installation of digital meters and related equipment, communicating with field contractors. Coordinate with engineers and teams to meet project milestones. Use project management tools to track progress and resolve issues. Ensure installation completion and proper equipment setup using cloud-based software. Equipment Commissioning & Troubleshooting Identify and resolve installation issues remotely or on-site. Configure device settings for optimal performance. Perform remote QA checks on new installations. Progress Reporting Update stakeholders on project status and progress. Serve as the main contact for customers during installation. Process Optimization Analyze workflows for inefficiencies and propose improvements. Develop strategies to enhance project delivery, quality, and cost. Implement best practices and new tools to improve customer experience. Refine SOPs for effectiveness. Stay informed on industry trends and suggest hardware and process improvements. Present innovative ideas and conduct post-delivery analysis to reduce recurring issues. Qualifications and Attributes Excellent English communication skills. Ability to build relationships and handle challenging situations professionally. Customer-centric approach with a focus on quality execution. Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field. Certifications such as PMP, CPMC, CCM or similar. At least 4 years of experience in project management in construction, IoT installation, or building operations. Experience with metering infrastructure and utility systems preferred. Experience with ticketing systems and maintenance workflows. Data-driven mindset and process improvement focus. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Commitment to continuous learning.
