**Job Title**: Project Manager - Leadership Role **Schedule**: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM Pacific time) **Pay**:$9/hour + Commission, Weekly Pay Overview: Payless Kitchen & Bath is a family owned and operated kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling company, serving Southern California for 40 years. Our team members are at the center of our success, and we are seeking a dynamic, positive, service-oriented, performance driven Installation Manager to train and oversee installers and installation service operations to the highest quality standards. **About the Role**: We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee and manage the coordination and execution of installation projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget while delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Positive - Enthusiastic - Honesty - Loyal Team Player - Problem Solver - Customer Connection - Empathy Trainable - Continuous Learning Responsible - Great Work Ethic Motivated - Focus Confident - Can Do Attitude Committed - Dedicated - Passionate Courageous - Assertive Product Knowledge Professional - Presentable **Qualifications**: - 3+ years proven experience in project or production manager for Construction industry - Experience in coaching for success. - Experience in data analysis for metrics and KPI - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and customers. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems quickly. - Knowledge of installation processes, project coordination, and customer service. **Key Responsibilities**: - Oversee daily project tasks, including coordinating resources, scheduling installations, and tracking project progress. - Ensure accurate and timely communication between the Project Coordinator and the Scheduling team. - Review and approve new orders, track claims and issues, and manage installation schedules. - Train and mentor the Project Coordinator team to ensure effective project management. - Manage customer relationships, resolve issues, and ensure a "WOW" experience. - Audit payroll and installation reports for accuracy. - Handle escalated installation issues and customer claims. - Collaborate with sales and admin teams to ensure smooth project execution. - Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide feedback on progress.
