This position is responsible for implementing, at the LATAM level, the key capabilities defined by global teams as a priority, supporting project leadership from planning to development using agile methodology and influencing different areas (Marketing, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory affairs, IT, HCP strategy/ops/execution leaders). What is your position? This position is responsible for implementing, at the LATAM level, the key capabilities defined by global teams as a priority, supporting project leadership from planning to development using agile methodology and influencing different areas (Marketing, R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory affairs, IT, HCP strategy/ops/execution leaders). Key responsibilities Support connection and collaboration with the global team for local project implementation, leveraging synergies, best practices, and new ways of working. Transmit local needs and priorities according to LATAM development stage. (20%) Contribute to defining and prioritizing projects, building a 3-year roadmap, setting objectives/Key Results, and tracking KPIs. (10%) Assist in setting up the product backlog, ensuring clarity of projects for all members. (10%) Monitor the product backlog, cards, and tasks to ensure delivery and timelines are met. (30%) Lead meeting agendas for each project and share-out sessions when needed, partnering with involved areas such as IT, BI, operations. (10%) Partner with support areas to optimize teamwork, guarantee execution, and escalate potential blockers. (15%) Engage with external partners to gather insights, develop competition assessments, and adopt best practices in LATAM. (5%) Qualifications What are we looking for? Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. At least two years of experience in consumer goods, pharma, startups, or related industries, with project analyst or project-oriented (PMO) experience in marketing, IT, sales, trade marketing, or related areas. Strong communication and leadership skills to lead by influence. Fluent in English (C1). Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. Preferred qualifications: Ability to work under pressure, face uncertainty, and demonstrate high resilience. Results-driven, capable of analyzing situations and making decisions. Knowledge of Agile methodology. Digital marketing skills and knowledge. Experience with HCPs or in the pharma sector.
