The Role On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage content scheduling and performance tracking across multiple platforms for five distinct lines of business. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing scheduling tools and passionate about optimizing social media presence. Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar for all five lines of business. Schedule content using the Hey Orca scheduling application across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, X). Collaboration & Brand Alignment Work closely with marketing teams from each line of business to ensure brand consistency. Align content with broader marketing strategies and campaign goals. Analytics & Performance Tracking Track and report on social media engagement and performance metrics across all platforms. Assist in the creation of performance reports and presentations. Analyze data to identify trends, optimize strategy, and improve results. Research & Strategy Development Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices. Provide recommendations to inform content planning and strategy. Ad Hoc Tasks Support miscellaneous requests related to social media initiatives. Assist with urgent content needs or campaign adjustments. Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth execution of social media operations. Ideal Profile Requirements Proven experience in social media management or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency with social media scheduling tools; experience with Hey Orca is a plus. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and X. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hey Orca, and HubSpot. Strong understanding of audience engagement across LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and X. Working Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM Pacific Time Pay: $700 + $55 Allowance per month What's on Offer?
