We value empathy, dedication, and continuous feedback. **What you will do**: - Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop content that is helpful for our audience. - Use your understanding of our target audience to guide our external communication. - Create transactional copy that generates leads and drives sales. - Support with conducting keyword research and incorporating SEO best practices. - Coordinate with designers to deliver great visuals for your copy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with marketing, sales, and brand goals. - Adhere to brand guidelines, style guides, and tone of voice to ensure consistency across channels. - Identify customer needs and gaps in content and recommend new topics that deliver value to our audience. - Stay up-to-date with industry and content marketing trends. **What you have**: - Proven 3+ years of experience as a content writer and marketer, with a strong portfolio of B2B and B2C content. - Native English speaker or fluent in English, with exceptional writing and editing skills. - Ability to turn complex topics into content that is easy to read and understand. - Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools. - Ability to conduct thorough research and gather information from reliable sources. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. - Attention to detail and factual accuracy. - Experience with WordPress and CRMs like HubSpot is a plus. - Availability during EST hours for communication with other team members. - Knowledge and experience writing about entrepreneurship or related topics is a plus. **What we offer**: - A remote-first approach. - The ability to work on a project with worldwide reach. - Opportunity to learn and grow in a positive and friendly working environment, boosted by mentoring. - All the tools you need to excel at your job. - Competitive salary based on your location.
