**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY** The Marketing Manager is dedicated to providing essential marketing, thought leadership and business development execution support for FTI Consulting Colombia office. Responsibilities include execution of a holistic marketing program for the segments; thought leadership and content, including audience targeting and segmentation; managing marketing content and events. Prior experience with a professional service firm, law firm or corporation in a marketing role is highly desired. **PRIMARY DUTIES**: - Collaborating with the leaders in the business segments to develop and execute a marketing plan to showcase, profile and support our experts in Colombia with key audiences. - Assist with the strategy and execution of thought leadership and content - Work with the practice professionals to write, develop and promote thought leadership - Pilot new ideas for content and thought leadership (development and medium) - Work with the necessary teams to profile and segment our target audiences better - Oversee media relations efforts - Develop an events plan and execute it - Research sponsorships and speaking opportunities - Understand where our competitors and peers are speaking, sponsoring, etc. - Develop and oversee a process for follow up after significant marketing/business development events - Coordinate budget allocation and marketing spend, assess ROI - Develop a social media strategy (with our digital experts) and oversee implementation; assist with writing social media content for the segments (with support); oversee search engine optimization and search engine marketing efforts - Coordinate and support content development for direct marketing initiatives - Assist in developing and managing content and collateral for the segment: case studies, website content, bios, brochures, credentials - Liaise and coordinate with global marketing functions in order to adapt thought leadership for Colombia and the region **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**: - 5 years of marketing work experience, especially within thought leadership. - Prior experience with a professional service firm, law firm or corporation in a marketing role is highly desired. - Bilingual in English and Spanish.
