We are looking for a talented QA Engineer to join our team. If you're passionate about quality assurance and have experience in test automation, we'd love to meet you. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and overseeing end-to-end test strategies across different layers of the testing pyramid. You will define, evaluate, and monitor model validation criteria, including accuracy thresholds, confidence scoring, fallback behaviors, and more. You will drive automation of QA processes, ensuring robust, scalable solutions for data ingestion, extraction, and classification. You will lead validation of integration points between AI components and business logic, identifying risks and ensuring seamless operation. You will own, maintain, and evolve test infrastructure, specifically CI/CD quality gates, data generation, and automated validation scripts. You will establish and monitor key quality metrics aligned with business goals, including turnaround time, confidence scores, and user corrections. You will act as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering teams, advocating for quality from design through delivery. You will stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and explore how to apply advancements to solve previously impossible challenges for our customers. You will take ownership of code quality through exploratory and automated testing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. They will have 2-3 years of experience in AQA, Software Test Engineering, or related roles, including leadership responsibilities. They will have experience in AQA JavaScript and solid knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and QA/QE best practices. They will have proven experience building and scaling test automation frameworks. They will have strong technical skills in working with REST APIs, data pipelines, backend services, and cloud platforms. They will have exceptional attention to detail and a mindset for building robust systems that catch issues early and protect the user experience. They will have demonstrated ability to learn quickly and proactively. They will have an Upper-Intermediate English level.
