About the Role: Our Business Development Manager will generate revenue by directly selling Fraud Prevention solutions to B2B clients, employing a hunter approach to acquire new customers and develop existing accounts in the Andean region and Central America. Responsibilities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer care and market needs. Assist other Business Development Managers in selling fraud solutions from our portfolio. Develop strategies for acquiring new clients, including outreach calls and meetings. Support clients in the Andean region and Central America, excluding the Caribbean. Use tools and methods for prospecting and managing client relationships. Sell complex fraud solutions, requiring strong commercial skills and understanding of technology and data. Travel up to 30-40% for client meetings and business development. Maintain high standards for customer contact quality and quantity to ensure competitive advantage. Work with market planning and product teams to maximize new business opportunities. Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings in fraud prevention. Requirements: Over 5 years of successful sales or account management experience in Fraud Prevention solutions within a B2B environment. Proficiency in English. Based in Colombia (Home Based). Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, especially with financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, and FinTechs. Proven success in LATAM markets is preferred. Willingness to travel over 30% as needed. Experience with prospecting and client relationship management tools.
