Position: Billing Analyst (Analista de Facturación) Location: Bogotá Iron Mountain is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our GBS team. The selected candidate will develop and maintain working relationships with Customer Service, Sales Team members, Revenue Management, GBS central locations, and IT support teams for the billing system to ensure end-to-end responsibilities and processes are carried out effectively. Key Competencies: Teamwork and collaboration with virtual teams across different countries and A2C teams Attention to detail Analytical and problem-solving skills Responsibilities: Manage daily billing operations for Latin American clients. Issue electronic invoices and credit notes for services rendered. Register issued invoices and credit notes in various portals. Control invoice information in the system and manually. Support invoice issuance according to portfolio management, with prior approval from the leader. Correct errors in pre-billing and non-standard invoicing. Maintain communication with internal clients regarding invoice and credit note processes impacting portfolio management. Manage the internal customer database for invoice processing and conditions. Meet company closing dates, ensuring timely information processing. Distribute all invoices by accounts before month-end. Support local teams (Care & Sales) in adhering to standard processes and workflows. Provide advice and respond to queries related to client onboarding and billing. Perform other related duties as delegated by the immediate supervisor. Stay updated on current global billing policies and procedures of Iron Mountain. Skills, Requirements, and Key Competencies: University student or technologist in administrative or accounting careers. Experience in high-volume electronic invoicing. Ability to handle maximum workload with speed, accuracy, and focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. Quickly acquire knowledge of Iron Mountain’s financial and billing systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience in SQL and/or XML is preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
