Direct message the job poster from The Adecco Group Member of the Board of Advisors | Programming Board Advisor | Specialty Recruiter (360) About The Role Adecco Group is seeking an experienced BiLingual (Spanish, English) Senior Internal Audit Manager to join our global team in a fully remote capacity. This strategic role will lead our internal audit function, implement innovative risk-based approaches and leverage technology to enhance our control environment across multiple industries and regions. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute complex risk-based internal audits across diverse business units and geographies Develop and implement annual audit plans aligned with organizational strategic objectives Design and enhance internal control frameworks using COSO standards and best practices Conduct specialized technology and cybersecurity audits to protect critical data assets Implement digital transformation initiatives within the audit function, including data analytics and automation tools Design and deploy anti-fraud and corporate ethics programs to strengthen organizational transparency Manage audit budgets and resources to maximize efficiency and impact Present audit findings and recommendations to executive leadership and audit committees Mentor and develop audit team members to build capabilities and ensure succession planning Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field; Master's degree preferred 15+ years of progressive internal audit experience across multiple industries (manufacturing, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, construction) Demonstrated experience implementing internal control systems using COSO framework Strong background in risk management and compliance Experience leading digital transformation initiatives within audit functions Proficiency with audit software, data analytics tools, and automation technologies Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at executive levels Spanish fluency required; English proficiency strongly preferred Technical Skills Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite Experience with audit and data analysis tools (ACL, SAP) Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and visualization Basic understanding of programming languages (Python) and data manipulation tools (Alteryx) Experience implementing and monitoring internal control systems What We Offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Fully remote work arrangement with flexible scheduling Professional development opportunities and certification support Collaborative global team environment Opportunity to drive meaningful organizational change through innovative audit approaches At Adecco Group, we value professionals who can align audit functions with business objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance and generating tangible value for the organization.
