Thrive in dynamic environments, adapt quickly, and go above and beyond for team success. - Employment Type:_ Indefinite term type contract- Shift:_ MONDAY TO FRIDAY | 8 to 5 EST.- Work Setup:_ On-site, Bogota- Salary_: 1300 USD to 1700 USD **Responsibilities**: - Own all aspects of Placemakr-branded property deal underwriting and present findings to the internal investment committee. - Research market information related to each property, establish a comp set, and analyze operating costs and revenue for each deal to inform underwriting assumptions. - Develop revenue forecast support by creating a set of residential and hospitality property comparables. - Research comparable properties and market data for expense information. - Conduct income statement analysis of company operations to align forecasts with operating standards. - Prepare pro forma materials for internal and partner consumption. - Provide support for partner-facing interactions and respond to questions from Ownership. - Assist with negotiation of Property Management Agreements by updating underwriting to reflect evolving deal terms. - Collaborate with multiple departments to analyze data and better inform future Placemakr-branded property underwriting as properties continue to operate. - Build new models and analyses that best convey Placemakr’s unique value proposition to prospective partners. - Maintain underwriting models for the pipeline of new partnership/property management opportunities. - Participate in Ownership calls to help source new deals and manage existing relationships. **Qualifications Needed**: - Thrive in high-growth dynamic environments - Willing and able to adapt quickly - Go above and beyond to ensure the success of your team - Demonstrate to leadership your value as an outside-of-the-box thinker - Possess strong quantitative and qualitative skills **Benefits**: - 5 Days work week - Prepaid medicine - Work-Items (laptop, mouse, and headset) - Indefinite term type contract - 5 extra days of vacation leave (20 in total) - Direct exposure to clients - Career growth opportunities - Diverse and supportive work environment - Prime Office Locations - Bogotá and Medellin - Upskilling: Emapta Academy **About the Client**: Our client, Placemakr, is a venture-backed startup revolutionizing the future of hospitality and home.
