**City: ON SITE ** ["Barranquilla","Bogotá","Medellin","Cali"] **Shift days, hours and time zone**: Martes a Sábado: 11:00 am - 8:00pm. **Descanso**: domingo y lunes. **Job description**: **Responsabilities**: - Assist with all aspects of the onboarding and hiring of new employees. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. - Provide administrative support to the HR Department, including data entry, filing, and report generation. - Collaborate closely with the Human Resources Director to achieve department goals. - Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company. **Skills and qualifications**: - Minimum 1 year of experience working in HR or a similar administrative role. - Experience working with US-based companies is a MUST HAVE. - Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, hiring, and filing. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. - Ability to work comfortably under pressure and meet tight deadlines, thriving in a fast-paced environment. - Fluent understanding, reading, and writing ability in English.
