Main Responsibilities - Develop and implement workplace operations and experience strategies to promote safe, efficient environments, covering building maintenance, cleaning, transportation, and food services, aligned with business needs. - Lead and execute workplace strategies that boost productivity, well-being, and collaboration across the 1 UL region (Andean countries, Central America, Caribbean, Bolivia). - Create and oversee regional workplace standards aligned with global strategies. - Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure cost efficiency. - Ensure operational excellence and financial efficiency by managing outsourced teams in cleaning, gardening, catering, transportation, employee stores, building maintenance, projects, and administrative services. - Ensure facilities comply with standards and regulations across all locations. - Lead space planning, utilization, and office design to adapt to changing business needs. - Manage office moves, expansions, and layout changes with minimal operational disruption. - Ensure workspace supports operational needs and fosters a positive organizational culture through projects, space management, and renovations. - Develop sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact, such as energy efficiency and waste reduction. - Oversee the workplace budget, managing CAPEX and OPEX, controlling costs, and monitoring performance indicators for financial sustainability. - Implement continuous improvement practices and internal policies related to infrastructure and services, ensuring compliance with corporate standards. - Plan, forecast, and manage budgets for workplace services within the region. Qualifications & Experience - Higher education in administration, engineering, or related fields. - At least 7 years of experience in facilities or services management across multiple sites. - Advanced English proficiency. - Strong customer service orientation. - Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Leadership and team management capabilities.
