We're looking for a detail-oriented, inquisitive Consumer Insights Analyst to support and help scale our growing insights program. In this role, you’ll work across a portfolio of beloved youth enrichment brands, digging into NPS and CSAT data, surfacing trends, and helping translate customer feedback into business action. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for customer experience to contribute meaningfully while continuing to grow their craft. What You’ll Do: - Support NPS & CSAT Programs: Assist with the development, distribution, and analysis of customer surveys. Ensure we’re capturing clear, actionable feedback across the customer journey. - Uncover Trends & Insights: Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities that drive better customer experiences. - Deliver Clear, Insightful Reporting: Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that help stakeholders stay connected to what customers are saying—and why it matters. - Collaborate Across Brands: Partner with marketing, operations, and product teams to embed insights into decisions and optimize experiences across all customer touchpoints. - Contribute to a Scalable Insights Function: Help build the foundation for a more robust Voice of the Customer program—processes, tools, and best practices included. What You Bring - A foundation in analytics, marketing, research, or related disciplines - Experience working with customer data, surveys, or feedback tools - Ability to summarize findings in a clear, visual, and actionable way (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and natural curiosity about what makes customers tick - Familiarity with platforms like Qualtrics, Power BI, or Salesforce is a plus—but not required Company Description Unleashed Brands was founded to curate and grow a portfolio of the most innovative and profitable brands that help kids learn, play and grow.
