You'll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product. **Your Role and Responsibilities** A Finance and Administrative Department Business Associate coordinates the daily workload, timely and accurate processing of routine administrative/accounting transactions and all related tasks received from more experienced accounting professionals and/or directors. It guarantees the delivery of a high quality product. Recommends improvements to existing procedures and processes. **Required Technical and Professional Expertise** Professional graduated in Industrial Engineering preferably or student of the last university semesters (ninth onwards), in Graduate Work or Recently graduated Professional in Administrative Careers, preferably from areas such as Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering, especially Industrial. **Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise** - 2 years of relevant work experience for the position. - Minimum 1 year in Analyst position. - Desirable experience in the Utilities sector and/or massive operations in BPO model (Business Process Outsourcing). - Management of intermediate - advanced Excel - Good handling of numerical analysis **About Business Unit** IBM Consulting is IBM’s consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
