In this role, theideal candidate will be expected to identify and nurture newbusiness opportunities, focusing on outbound prospecting to findpotential clients. Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide visionarysupport to the sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering acustomer-centric culture. - Maintain key performance indicators(KPIs) to evaluate individual performance. - Implement effectivesystems for developing sales leads, provide feedback, and issueresolution. - Continuously assess and enhance lead generationprocesses to meet and exceed company expectations. - Analyzecustomer feedback and data to identify trends and areas forimprovement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Establishand maintain quality assurance standards for customer interactions,including phone calls, emails, and live chats. - Conduct regularreviews and evaluations to ensure consistency and adherence tocompany policies and standards. - Collaborate with relevantdepartments to address root causes and implement preventativemeasures. - Utilize customer insights and data to identify salesopportunities. - Communicate performance metrics and trends tosenior leadership. - Collaborate with senior management tointegrate lead generation goals into the overall business strategy. - Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads acrossvarious channels, including corporate databases. - Initiate contactand assess the qualification of leads through professionalcommunication methods such as phone calls and emails. - Establishand maintain new databases of leads and prospects. - Collaborateclosely with sales and marketing teams to formulate and implementeffective lead generation strategies. - Methodically analyze andreport on lead generation metrics to monitor progress and identifyareas for improvement. - Stay on top of industry trends and adhereto best practices for continuous improvement in lead generationefforts. - Provide exemplary customer service to prospects andclients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. -Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects tomeet stringent deadlines. Requirements: - Advanced level of English(C1). - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration ora related field. - Minimum 2-3 years of experience and knowledge inLead Generation and Sales. - Prior experience working with Westerncompanies is preferred. - Prior experience in the healthcare orhospitality industry is a plus. - Strong verbal and writtencommunications skills. - Excellent listening, negotiation, andpresentation abilities. - Knowledge of Cold Calling, CRM Systemssuch as Salesforce, Microsoft 365 applications and PipelineManagement. - Demonstrate the ability to identify quality Leads.
