We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our clients law firm, a well-established personal injury firm based in Arizona (MST) . This is a 100% remote position , ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional with a strong background in case management. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 35+ personal injury cases from intake to settlement. Utilize Zoho CRM - Case Management Software to track and manage cases. Open new case files and ensure all required documentation is properly recorded. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of case statuses, deadlines, and next steps . Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, insurance companies, and medical providers . Assist in collecting medical records, police reports, and other essential case documents. Support attorneys in case preparation, negotiations, and settlements. Intake experience is a plus but not required. Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager , managing at least 35 cases simultaneously. Strong understanding of personal injury case processes and procedures . Experience using Zoho CRM or similar case management software . Excellent organizational, communication, and client management skills . Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
