Hours Wednesday to Sunday / 4:00pm - 1:00am EST. Role Mission Do you have a passion for customer service and luxury travel? If so, then you're a great fit for our Client Support Associate position on our Reservations Sales team! You will assist with client inquiries, quoting and booking travel, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities Hours: Wednesday to Sunday / 4:00pm - 1:00am EST. Inquiry Management: respond to incoming questions regarding bookings, payments, document requests, etc. Pre-Travel Assistance: facilitate the Reservations team with quoting travel requests, process new bookings, and adjust existing bookings when necessary. Conflict Resolution: be the first responder to in-travel emergencies (hotels, transportation, activities, dining, spa, etc.). Amadeus and Booking System Expert: Respond to inquiries with full knowledge of the internal systems to ensure each booking is properly reserved and/or updated. Emergency-Line: maintain flexibility in schedule to support the emergency line outside of scheduled shifts. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of Hospitality and service industry experience; preferably within the travel agency field. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Mastery of the English language: Written and Verbal. Confident in taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations. Working knowledge of Amadeus and reservation management systems is a plus. On the Job Training provided.
