Deliver new hire orientation to all the hires in Colombia office - Ensure on-boarding programs and tools providing a consistent, high quality new hire experience; assist employees with system access and use and be the primary point of contact for benefits and entitlements HR administration. - Contribute to the maintenance and strengthening of our work environment and culture through creation of and “owning” workplace events and suggesting new ideas to improve culture, wellness, and fun! - Schedule first day meeting, complete onboarding/offboarding procedures. - Configure new employee pay tracking, assign time off policies and time and attendance, and assist people with using our HR systems in Colombia. - As employee’s experience lifecycle changes (transfer, promotion, compensation, leaves of absence, departure) administer approvals, maintain accurate data in documents, systems and employee files - Maintain and keep up to date all employee documents in company HRIS systems in accordance with company procedures, generate employee notifications and administer signatures via DocuSign.
