Your Role As a Bilingual Support Specialist, you will: · Provide support for online marketplace sellers · Resolve issues related to shipping, taxes, and other common seller inquiries · Provide guidance on platform policies and procedures · Represent TP’s world-class standards in every interaction. What We’re Looking For · Language Level: C1 english level to connect with global clients. · Education and Work Experience Requirement: High school diploma. · Availability: Full time · Skills & Qualities: Problem-Solving skills, communication skills, customer support expertise ·A strong ability to understand and relate to the concerns of sellers, providing a supportive and positive experience.
