Job Description We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. You will play a vital role in visually communicating our brand identity across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual content. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, adherence to brand guidelines, and a passion for innovation and aesthetics are essential. Schedule availability is required (40 hours per week, 2 days off; based on schedule needs, you might have to work 1 day of the weekend within the same 40 hours). Responsibilities Develop and produce visually compelling graphics for print, digital, social media, email campaigns, and event collateral. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and contribute to a consistent brand image. Conceptualize and execute design solutions for campaigns, promotions, internal projects, and external communications. Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Media Production Specialist, and other team members to develop creative concepts and visual strategies. Collaborate with internal departments to meet design needs and timelines. Prepare print-ready files and oversee production of printed materials like brochures, flyers, signage, and promotional items. Design digital assets for web banners, social media posts, email templates, and presentations. Create basic motion graphics or animations for digital campaigns, if within skill set. Review and proof all designs for errors before printing or publishing. Ensure compliance with branding standards and industry regulations, including Florida Bar guidelines for legal advertising. Maintain an organized library of design assets, templates, and project files. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to improve marketing materials. Attend corporate trainings as required, occasionally on weekends with prior notice. Salary USD $1,200 - $1,500 per month, based on experience and skill set. Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. Experience Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience. Experience in a collaborative marketing environment preferred. Skills and Competencies Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects preferred). Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and adaptability. Knowledge of digital and print file preparation. Knowledge and Expertise Knowledge of current design trends and technologies. Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus. Understanding of accessibility and inclusivity in design is a plus. Personal Attributes Creative, collaborative, organized, and self-motivated. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong communication skills. Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.
