We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional who is passionate about maximizing client outcomes and delivering exceptional service. About Us We are a well-established personal injury law firm focused on motor vehicle accidents and slip & fall cases. Our mission is to help injured individuals get the justice and compensation they deserve. What You’ll Do - Negotiate medical balances and liens to maximize client recovery. - Manage settlement disbursements and ensure all required documentation is in place. - Communicate effectively with providers, adjusters, and clients throughout the settlement process. - Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards. - Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to move cases toward timely resolution. What We’re Looking For - Fluent in Spanish is preferred. - Proficient in Filevine – Experience managing personal injury cases within this platform is preferred. - Strong negotiation skills – Proven ability to secure reductions and aggressively advocate for client recovery. - Knowledge of FL and/or GA personal injury law – Understanding of lien laws, billing practices, and settlement workflows. - Highly organized & deadline-driven – Ability to manage multiple cases and track deadlines accurately. - Detail-oriented – Committed to reviewing every aspect of a case to maximize results. - Self-starter & team player – Able to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the legal team. - Proactive problem solver – Not afraid to push for better outcomes and advocate fiercely for clients. - Legal experience preferred – Background as a settlement coordinator, paralegal, or attorney is highly desirable.
