The compliance supervisor will work with third party contact center vendor managers and with other functions across the UPS organization like risk, operations, finance, information technology, and security, to facilitate audits and ensure the clear understanding of audit goals and objectives. Additionally, this position will be responsible in overseeing audit governance frameworks and procedures to plan and manage the auditing schedules and tasks required to meet defined objectives. **Responsibilities** - Audits customer call report data for problems and trends to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for policy and procedure changes - Schedules and conducts operational audits with resources, training, expertise, and problem-solving help to complete auditing compliance to ensure effective operational performance - Identifies and provides on-going support and feedback for end-to-end process improvements to improve contact center operations performance - Assesses performance indicators to determine areas meeting and falling below business expectations - Demonstrates a working knowledge of techniques for soliciting and gathering information; identifies appropriate sources of information - Conducts performance evaluations in a consistent, fair, and objective approach to encourage continuous performance improvement - Resolves individual and group performance issues in accordance with UPS's policies and procedures in a timely manner to motivate and foster teamwork - Prepare audit reports, documentation, presentations, and recommendations to enhance controls or processes - Determines employee’s training needs to produce continuous development plans **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Experience using Microsoft Office Suite - Experience managing people in a performance environment - Experience managing internal/external customer relationships - Preferred - Knowledge of GBS and UPS operations - Preferred - Knowledge of analytics tools - platform (Salesforce, PowerBI) - Preferred - Knowledge of UPS Tools (IVP, Verint, CEC) - Preferred - Proficient in Microsoft office suites **Schedule** - Flexible: Contingent on Audit Schedule and locations - Travel required to various UPS vendor sites globally to conduct in person audits. **Modality** - Work in office 3 days a week - Detail Orientation:_ Distinguishes between “big picture” concepts and comments and specialized, smaller specific facts associated with work; notes the specifics of events and experiences; explains, in general, how details impact end goals or outcomes; ensures that work is completed accurately and with the appropriate level of detail. - Report Generation:_ Generates reports in appropriate format using basic software; review reports to ensure accuracy and completeness; identifies issues with report generation (e.g., missing variables, incorrect data, etc.) - Solicits and Gathers Information_: Demonstrates a working knowledge of techniques for soliciting and gathering information; identifies appropriate sources of information. - Solves Audit and Compliance Problems:_ Identifies business areas and stakeholders impacted by audit and compliance issues; engages appropriate resources to resolve opportunities; identifies root causes to ensure problems do not recur; stays motivated despite difficult circumstances or setbacks **Requirements**: Conversational English (100%) **Conditions**: Hybrid Model (Office and Home) **Deadline to Apply**: November 3rd, 5pm **Employee Type**: Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
