The Role of a Technical Support Engineer at Coupa You will support enterprise customers using our cloud platform, contributing to a global team dedicated to exceeding expectations and fostering customer success. Your technical acumen will help provide expert guidance on best practices. Key Responsibilities: Respond to ‘how to’ technical and configuration questions from enterprise customers Assist in troubleshooting first and second-level technical issues Collaborate with other teams, including Integration, Operations, and Customer Success, to ensure customer success Manage customer production environments Create knowledge articles for our knowledge base Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong technical knowledge, including Linux, Unix, and familiarity with other OS Interest in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Shell, Python) and web technologies (XML, XSLT, DOM, HTML) Ability to articulate complex technical solutions clearly Experience supporting external customers, preferably in enterprise software Coupa is committed to equal opportunity and an inclusive environment.
