Key Appearance Role We are seeking a skilled Appearance Professional to enhance our team's visual standards. As a vital member of the Appearance Department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate appearance records, training employees on appearance requirements, and recommending and implementing appearance changes. Your primary duties will include reviewing new employee images before studio performances, creating and updating guides and procedures regarding appearance, participating in visual tests for uniforms, decorations, hairstyles, or make-up, and coordinating appearance activities such as launching new uniforms or decorating studios for events. - Maintain and update employee appearance records accurately - Train employees on appearance requirements effectively - Recommend and implement appearance changes - Review new employee images before studio performances - Create and update appearance guides and procedures - Participate in visual tests for uniforms, decorations, etc. - Coordinate appearance activities such as uniform launches and studio decorations Requirements: - At least 9 months of experience within the Appearance Department - Conversational English language skills - Basic PC operating skills (Microsoft Office, Teams) - Good public speaking skills
