Now it’s your turn to bring the traffic and volume. What you’ll do Drive real growth : Execute BD strategies to bring spot trading volume to our wallet. Partner smart : Use your network and build new partnerships with KOLs, communities, institutions, and affiliates. Design impactful campaigns : Co-create volume-driving initiatives with our team and external partners. Stay sharp : Monitor market trends, user behavior, and competitor strategies. Work cross-team : Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to close the loop and support partner success. What we’re looking for 2+ years in BD, ideally in crypto/fintech, with a track record of bringing in trading volume. A network of KOLs, crypto traders, community leads , and regional players in LATAM. Fluent English. Bonus for other languages. Bonus if you are a KOL or run your own group/community .
