Senior UX Designer We're looking for a Senior UX Designer who thinks in systems, designs with intent, and iterates with purpose. In this role, you'll craft end-to-end experiences for complex enterprise software, translating business goals and user insights into intuitive design solutions. - Main Responsibilities: Requirements: - A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience. - At least 3+ years in product design or UX, including at least 1+ years in client-facing or consulting roles. - Proven experience designing complex B2B enterprise/business software across multiple platforms. - Familiarity with design best practices, constraints, and limitations for platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS). - A robust portfolio showcasing the ability to solve complex design challenges and deliver impactful user experiences. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Advanced understanding of design methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
