Position: HVAC Lead Installer As a HVAC Lead Installer, you will lead a team of installers in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. This role ensures timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality project completion. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring junior installers and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Qualifications - 3 years of HVAC installation experience - 2 years in a supervisory or lead role - Strong leadership and team management skills - Technical expertise in HVAC installation and troubleshooting - Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Proficiency with HVAC tools, equipment, and software - EPA Universal Certification Pay Transparency The starting hourly rate ranges from $40-$60/hr. Actual pay depends on factors such as experience, skills, business needs, and market conditions. Incentives and bonuses may also be available.
