Who You Are You are a strategic finance professional with extensive experience managing financial operations across multiple countries. You excel at budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, and are comfortable operating in a multinational environment. You are adept at coordinating with operational teams and translating complex financial data into actionable insights for leadership. Responsibilities Lead budgeting and financial planning processes for LATAM operations. Analyze financial performance, provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth. Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Financial and tax reporting for both LATAM and US entities per local finance and accounting standards. Coordinate with other departments (operations, sales, delivery, etc.) to align financial strategy with business objectives. Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to U.S. headquarters, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate reporting standards. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and KPIs to support strategic decision-making. Manage relationships with local auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Implement and maintain financial policies, internal controls, and reporting systems. Support strategic initiatives, including expansion projects and cross-border operations. Requirements Education & Certifications: Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or certifications in financial management are highly desirable. Proficient in advanced Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance management, preferably in multinational companies. Proven experience reporting to U.S. or American headquarters in a multinational environment. Proven experience working in tech services companies. Strong expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, treasury, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments. Skills & Competencies: Advanced English, particularly for multinational communication and reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
