OPPORTUNITY SUMMARY The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for diagnosing and repairing audiovisual, videoconferencing, and IT systems. Working independently within guidelines, the FSE will interact effectively with employees, customers, and colleagues, managing multiple tasks and projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical support for audiovisual, videoconferencing, and IT systems. Diagnose and resolve system problems, manage service tickets, and repair systems including re-terminating cables. Provide remote support to end-users and clients. Configure and program equipment for various applications. Coordinate with manufacturers to resolve issues. Advise on repair or replacement of defective products. Document activities and maintain accurate records. Deliver technical training to clients and personnel. Provide excellent customer service, building technical credibility. Represent Cenero professionally with clients, demonstrating empathy, patience, and competence. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly. Coordinate activities with subcontractors and manufacturers. Respond promptly to notifications. Perform duties of a Technical Service Engineer when not in the field. Answer customer requests and document activities. Produce service quotes and maintain digital records. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, embracing teamwork. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least two years of related experience or training. Knowledge of audiovisual systems and protocols. Understanding of networking and computer systems. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Valid Driver's License with a clean record. Preferred: audiovisual installation experience and industry certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
