You will also be relied on to help set up new processes and ensure teammates are informed and trained on all changes to their workflows. You will help develop the team’s culture, coach teammates, and be a liaison with other departments and with leadership within Pre & Post Route Operations and Live Ops as a whole. **What you’ll do**: - Be a point of escalation for complex or exceptional driver partner or internal team cases - Help ensure teammates are on track from a performance and attendance perspective and coach teammates to improve their skills - Support new initiatives across the organization by implementing updated processes and optimizing processes where opportunities exist - Providing a feedback loop to daytime teammates - Help onboard and train new team members, as needed - Assist, as needed, with responsibilities outside of the normal day-to-day tasks **What You Bring**: - Passion about a top-tier tech startup that aims to build the next powerhouse of logistics technology - Ability to quickly navigate technology, multitasking with multiple systems - 2-4 years of managerial/supervisory experience, past experience in a Support role - Ability to prioritize appropriately and show detail orientation - Excellent verbal and written communication - Experienced with Zendesk, Chekr, Slack (nice to have) Veho is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
