The Change and Configuration Management department is responsible for the comprehensive assessment of risks and regulatory impacts associated with all changes applied to the live environment. As an engineer, your primary focus will be to meticulously record changes in accordance with our established policies and procedures. Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail. Excellent documentation skills. Proven ability to meet deadlines, with exceptional organisational skills and a process-oriented approach. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). An understanding of Change Management principles and methodologies. Pragmatic approach to governance administration. Formal technical training or relevant experience is desirable. Understanding of software development principles. Experience with Remedy, Helix and JIRA, and familiarity with ITIL frameworks, are advantageous. Main Responsibilities Ensuring meticulous consideration of regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions for all planned and released changes within the live environment. Approving changes in strict adherence to regulatory guidelines. Creating and maintaining relevant accurate documentation. Engaging with key stakeholders prior to approving change requests for progression into the live environment, ensuring all relevant risks are thoroughly assessed.
